Every hit returns the property address and the mailing address when it differs from the property. A different mailing address is the absentee owner signal: the owner does not live there, which is exactly who off-market investors want to reach first. You also get up to 10 mobile phones, up to 9 landlines, and up to 28 emails per hit, so your outreach is calls and texts, not just mail.
