Start with the property address on file and get back the owner of record's name, current mailing address, up to 10 mobile phones, up to 9 landlines, and up to 28 emails per hit. The mailing address returned with each hit reflects where the owner actually receives mail, which is what service of process and right-party contact both depend on.

Phone numbers come back with DNC flags so your dialing can respect Do Not Call status and TCPA rules. DataSkip is not a background check or credit reporting service: results cover property ownership and contact information, not criminal, credit, or employment records. Volume files or single lookups
Upload portfolios as Excel or CSV, up to 250,000 records in a single run, and get a clean CSV back. One-off locates work too: there is no minimum order, so a single lookup costs 4¢ if it hits and nothing if it misses.
